"These guys are definitely a first-come first-serve kind of place, at least that's what I've noticed. They do get your vehicle in and inspected or the turnaround for an oil change is decently quick, although any automotive work performed is usually a couple hours. The chairs are comfortable and the atmosphere is quiet."

"This is my first and will be my last time coming here. One of the mechanic is rude. I came in for an inspection and they flagged me for the smallest things. Even when I came backed with it fixed they were still picky about it. Afterwards I went somewhere else and got it passed no problem at all. That just goes to show they go out of their way to give customers a hard time. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else."

"I've had nothing but bad/weird experiences here. I've been super suspicious about how these folks overcharge women, and after speaking with some of the men in my office - we're convinced. These guys all tried to convince me to go back to this shop for my oil change after I told them I was always overcharged. My partner got an oil change (fully synth) and inspection on his 2021 SUV. He paid 83.34 total. Appointment took 20 minutes. Fast forward a week. I get the same thing done, but I need wipers. I drive a tiny 4 door sedan - a 2018 Toyota. My bill comes out to 160. I was the second person in line and waited an hour and a half. So either they sell 80 dollar wiper blades, or they screw us over because they think we don't know the difference. Skip this place, go to D.E Borque in Holyoke. They've at least got consistency across the board. And they won't make you wait for no reason. While I was in this shop- three different people were returning to the shop with their vehicles after work they did needed to be 'corrected'. "I had my car towed in when it started overheating. They checked it out and gave me a long list of things my car needed in order to get it back on the road and quoted me for $1700. I had it towed to a local reliable mechanic and he was able to fix my car for $160 with labor. AUTO EXPRESS HADLEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN."

"I had a good experience. The car wash snapped my wiper arm in half (not just the blade, which is easy to replace). Not only did A.E. fit me in quickly at a reasonable price, but they also let me know to keep my receipt and bring it to the car wash, since they'll probably reimburse my costs"
