I trust these guys -- ever since my warrantee from Subaru expired at 50,000 miless, I have relied on them for primary maintenance. (I am now at 126,000 miles.) The Hadley crew, shifts, but I think you have a great model for the work you do."

"Went in for a simple oil change. They recommended rear diff oil change and brake fluid flush. 345 dollars later i was on my way. 1 month later i noticed a large oil spot in my driveway look under and twist the filter and it is very loose. Lost about 1.5 quarts of oil. Engine could had been damaged and i could have been stranded. Thanks for the money grabbing and bad service jiffy lube! I will never return! Wouldn't trust this service again."

"STAY AWAY! Currently sitting in the Jiffy Lube lobby. The techs are all nice, that’s not the issue. Got an oil change here last week and a few days later noticed a huge oil spot in my driveway. Brought it back for them to figure out the leak (loose filter, plug gasket, etc.) and they said there was oil on the filter, but it was tight. So all they did was top off the TWO QUARTS of oil that had leaked out in less than a week and tried to send me on my way. Not having it."

"Went for inspection and left 45 minutes later without one. I was third in line at 855 and I gave up and went to a different (local) chain when they still hadn't taken the first car at 945. Was back home with an inspection sticker from the shop down the street 20 minutes later. While I can't say anything about the quality of the job if they do get to you, I can't recommend them when there is such a difference in promptness and professionalism between jiffy lube and auto express."
