"My visit was made with an appointment scheduled on the website, and the site gave me list of documents I would be required to bring. The wonderful women working at the AAA in Hadley were so enjoyable to work with for this appointment. They talked to me using my first name, walked me through different processes, even helped me with some forms. There were five other people there asking for services, and still the women at this office were professional, courteous, and patient. I'm sooo glad I didn't end up having to go to the RMV!
