"We got a quote for new Toyo tires, dropped the car off, expecting a 90 minute wait. After an hour, we got a call explaining that the Toyo tires were not in stock, and that we had to get other tires because our old ones had been removed and couldn't be put back on. Giving a quote on tires that were not in stock, and not letting us know until our car was on the lift without tires?? It was upsetting, and a big mistake. We had to settle for Firestone tires not as good as what we had ordered (50,000 mile warranty instead of 75,000), and it left us with a bad feeling for this company. A few days later, they did reach out to us, by both phone and by a reply to our review. To their credit, they explained what had happened (a miscommunication among staff about our tires' arrival being delayed a day), and apologized. The following week, we brought the car back and they installed the tires we'd originally asked for at no additional charge. Despite the hassle, they did do their best to make it right, so they deserve credit for that."
