"Mike is an amazing mechanic and a great person! I had a problem with my car and I told him what I thought was wrong with it, fixing that problem would have cost over $500. When Mike looked at the problem it turned out to be a relatively simple fix and only cost about $100. He could have charged me a lot more if he made unnecessary fixes and I wouldn’t have known but he did the right thing. Great guy! Best mechanic in town!"

"So my rear brakes needed to be changed badly and I found out when I went to the honda dealership for a routine oil change. One service rep at the Lia Honda in Northampton would not let me leave without purchasing rear brakes and rotors for $498-$550. Then I went to Exotics right across from Z Autos, and they wanted $500-$550. And then there was Mike at Z Auto, who replaced my rear rotors and brake pads for ONLY $298. And the best part is that he did it in a couple hours. With that said, I highly recommend Z Auto for anyone having any issues on their cars. And yes it is a small shop and there might be a a little bit of wait but you can not beat that service and price. - Tenzin"
