"They took 2 weeks longer then expected so I was carless cause enterprise only pays for rentals up to 30 days. Recommend going elsewhere that can give honest updates on finish time not prolong the due date every day"
"Worst experience working with Steve the manager and Dennis poor communication skills to a point my car was done. seen it already but it had to be taken some other place to finalise one small issue. My car is sitting somewhere nobody eventually knows as they called the place that took it and wasn’t seen in their system! Since October 2023 I have no hope to see it soon and I’m overdue in my rentals. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER GOING HERE!!!!"
"Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop, and ever worse customer services. I spent 4 months dealing with this shop and did not get one returned phone call (even when my car was “done”) had to go in every week just for an update. Had my car sitting at a “tint shop” for 3 weeks. Then returned it with the interior completely covered in paint dust and smelling like paint fumes with broken glass still scattered throughout the car. This place does not care about its customers at ALL!"
"Now that I am more calm, I will be writing another review... I will leave up my other review because that was truly written from anger, disappointment, and ultimately felt cheated at the time. Short review: I had a door ding on my car, Geico insisted I go to this shop. Gave them my car mid June, got it back second week of July. They worked on two areas, passenger door and passenger side rear fender. I got my vehicle back with clear coat spray all over my 330i that you can see in the provided images. This was my main issue, and it did not get addressed by Key Collision as they argued their 40-year experienced painter would never do such a thing! How dare someone so experienced make such an idiotic mistake (me being sarcastic). Yes, they were very defensive. By they I mean Dennis. If someone is defensive like that, it is a huge red flag! Long review: I called Key Collision to have them look at it. They initially admitted that it was their mistake. However, when they realized that the problem was much bigger than they thought, they tried to push me away. They spend a few hours working on a window and some of my panels but ended up giving up because it is too time consuming. They told me they would use chemicals to fix the damages and possibly repaint if they have to. To my surprise, they used STEEL WOOL! On my windows and PANELS!? They left swirls and scratches on my passenger window, windshield and drivers window (very hard to see the swirls on camera so I wont bother providing pics for that). What I do have pictures of are the scratches on my panels that can be seen very easily even in pictures. We end up going back and forth, but once I saw the steel wool used on my panels, I called Geico right away and made a complaint. They did not like that at all and refused to do anymore work on my car. Poor babies got their feelings hurt. I asked for their managers number, he doesn't have one. What kind of manager has no contact information? However, that didn't stop me from finding him. I found him on LinkedIn and contacted him on Facebook, no answer to this day. I reached out to him July 20-something. They didn't fix my windows, and it was very hard to see out of them when its sunny out because they clear coat shines in your eyes. I got sick of that and also how ugly it looked, I researched online for like 5 minutes and found somewhat of a solution. Didn't take all that gunk off but a good 70-80% of it. And after taking a closer look at my car, I find a long scratch on the door that was repaired, but it was on the clear coat because it is very hard to see in person and its much harder in the images. However, there are swirls above the fender that was also repaired with clear swirls and a deeper scratch. In the pictures provided you will see all the damages they have caused, and mind you, I only took it in for a DOOR DING, that's it! If I could go back in time, I'd rather drive around with that hideous door ding instead of the mess and damage they have caused. I didn't take pictures of all my panels because it would be too many of them. I saved the best picture for last, the bigger specs on the window are water spots, they other specs are unfortunately not. If you adore your vehicle like I do, and want to keep it mint, avoid this shop at all costs. I'm sure the other Key Collisions are fine, but not when you have someone like Dennis in the front desk. He is simply, unprofessional, coward (avoided confrontation and never answered store phone unless I kept calling), and a racist. I am not the type of person that uses the race card when things don't go my way, but I will for sure this time. I have never in my 18 years of living in the US experienced racism until I met Dennis and the painter. That says a lot. I was very chill with them until they started doing more damages. If you also have issues with them, you can try contacting their manager via Facebook, his name is Steve Bromski. I doubt you'll get an answer though."
