"Cashier was new that’s fine and understandable. Asked for manager to come over multiple times for help, they did not stick around to help solve issue. The issue was for reason I could checkout without providing phone number, and full name for a 1 item cash purchase. It was not explained why these details were needed. I had cash in hand, this transaction should have been in and out in less than 2 minutes, it was around 10."

"My battery light came on so went to the Congress St location to have the battery and charging system tested. Dale tested the system and found the alternator was bad. I live an hour away and wouldn't make it home so he called a local Sullivan Tire location and they got me in and repaired on short notice. I appreciate the consideration and extra effort by Dale to help me out, excellent customer service!"
