"Hey NAPA team, if you’re going to have a discussion not involving work, don’t have three of you behind the partition where we all can hear you, while we stand in line because there’s only one other representative working the cash register. It really makes it worse when, you finally get to the counter and the representative says “We don’t have that.” After we waited patiently while the three NAPA guys sorted out their personal work matters."
"The guys at NAPA on Presumpscot Street are the best - they helped me troubleshoot a battery switch installation way beyond the call of duty. Thank you!"
"You guys rock!! Best selection. Best price. Best service All around."
"Nice new store, staff was friendly and helpful and they had what I was looking for and it was reasonably priced."
"As a former mechanic and DIYer I like to tackle most of my vehicle repairs myself and it usually saves me a little money but anyone that has worked on an older vehicle (mine is 20 years old) will tell you that its not uncommon to run into surprises or trouble which is what happened to me this past weekend. Recently my old rust bucket had a lot of work done on it by another shade tree mechanic (back yard mechanic) anyway when they replaced the Brake lines they didn't bother replace the old rusty fitting.. why someone would use the old rusted junk I don't know but what this meant for me is that I had flare nuts that were rusted into place, bleeder screws that wouldn't come out and brake line bolts that broke off.. Because it was a Saturday and my son had my car I was panicked and didn't know how I was going to get my project done so I went online to order the parts hopeful that same day delivery was an option. It was so I thought I was in luck but I couldn't find a couple of the parts I needed so I called the local store and the gentleman on the other end looked up the parts and gave me the parts numbers.. My cart is full and I'm now in business again BUT when I checked out I failed to click "Same day delivery".. Panicked I called the store and they were happy to make the delivery.. When the driver showed up however he only had half my stuff so he happily went to get the rest of the order but unknown to me he was in an accident. A short time later he pulls up and apologizes for not having the parts and says another driver would be around shortly. Before he was finished telling me what happened another driver showed up with the rest of my order and saved the day.. even though I screwed up the order and the poor guy got in a fender bender the guys at NAPA took care of me and were very pleasant to work with not to mention very helpful."
