"The selection here is ok but the guy here is just really angry and overall has bad customer service. I bought a few things but I wont be coming here again. He explicitly said he wanted his customers to be angry and that its our fault that regulation for tobacco is bad. I feel for the guy because I can tell he's not happy but if he's running a business its not good practice to intentionally antagonize your customers and treat them poorly. I honestly hope he finds something that makes him happy in life."

"Worst experience buying cigars EVER. Looked online for their prices on Ashton Classic panetelas, and they are listed at $8.35 or something like that for singles. That is about average for these sticks. When I went to the store, a very surly-looking guy didn’t acknowledge my friendly “how are ya” one bit. In fact, he looked peeved that I was even there. I gave him the two (2) cigars and he rang them up. Their register does not show how much the items are, so when he gave me my receipt to sign, it read $25.85. I looked at him, and asked how much they were each. He said “$11.99”. I said, “really??” He just stared at me. So I stared back. “For Ashton panetelas??” I asked. He nodded and kept staring at me. I signed my receipt grabbed my sticks and walked out. I needed the cigars for a meeting, otherwise I would have just walked out after I made him refund my money. I can assure you that will be the last time I walk in that store."
