"Best place around here to go get some new disc's for golfing. They are always very nice and welcoming when you go in."
"It's been 4 years since I first walked into Breakin Chains, and this continues to be my favorite disc golf store. Bill & Norma and the gang are always friendly and helpful, and they carry an AMAZING amount of product. I especially appreciate how hard they work to provide high quality tournaments."
"We like going to this store. Always friendly service and a decent variety of discs, bags, baskets and other disc golf supplies. They manage The Hollows disc golf course, so we often stop by to leave a disc we found or sign up for a tournament or spend tournament winnings. Every time we have gone has been a good experience!"
"From an awesome experience to a horrible interaction… The woman working was super friendly and helpful. I had a great time picking out a new backpack and 10 new discs. Halfway though my next round I knew that the backpack wasn’t for me. I was careful and took care to keep it clean and in brand new condition. One week later I went back to exchange the backpack for a more expensive one and to pick up more discs for me and some friends. When I asked to exchange the backpack for an upgrade the dude working asked if it was used. I was honest and said, “Barely.” He then coped an attitude and told me they didn’t sell used stuff and that the only person that could help me was down the street at the course. I asked him to call her and he said, “She’s really busy with the tournament and won’t answer her phone. It’s 2 mins down the street…” He flat out refused to help me and had an attitude. If chasing people down is their idea of customer service they don’t deserve a penny more from me. Technically, yes, the bag is used. I played one round and it shows zero signs of it. There is no reason they couldn’t have helped me spend more money in their store. Shopping locally at Breaking Chains was disappointing and I will never return or recommend them to anyone."
"Great staff very friendly. Great for all skill levels looking for a new disc basket or bag. If you lose a disc at the Manchester course they'll even hold it for you in the lost and found if a good Samaritan brings it back. Fun place"
