"I had an absolutely amazing experience at Runner's Alley. I was nervous to go in because I'm newer to running and I'm a bigger person, so I don't really "look" like a runner. They were so nice to me and didn't judge at all. They did a fit scan and talked to me about the results, then had me walk and run barefoot so they could see how my feet looked/if there were any issues and she was able to pull shoes that she thought would work best for me. I found a pair that I really loved and I'm excited to get some miles on them! Thank you to Runner's Alley for a great first experience at a running store!"

"My boyfriend & I came here for new sneakers, him for running & I for work since I work long shifts on my feet. The workers were all so knowledgeable and kind, and very open to what we were also looking for not solely what they thought was best. They managed to help us both find the best shoe for us without being pushy but still being knowledgeable for the best fit for us both. We still have the shoes and have no complaints! For me, they even helped me find a specific sole for my high arch in my foot, it’s made a world of a difference during work! Thank you for all the help! They were very professional and knowledgeable with the fitting process and recommendations. There are a lot of different styles and brands, just not many colors (in-store) to choose from."
