"Dripped off water sample 2 nights ago and still have not gotten. An email with results. Been calling and calling. Today showed up at 930 (store hours say open at 9) and not open. Waited until 10 to see if someone showed up but they didnt. It's now 1020am and still no answer at the store. Also tried calling nashua and no answer there either. Owners should take a look at the stores"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. As a first time pool owner the whole process can be overwhelming. The manager Alex has been great with helping us get our pool open and back running after it had been closed ~3 years. Had a few hiccups a long the way but Alex and staff were able to help me through the entire process. The prices are definitely on the higher side so I don't always buy their products but the customer service is so helpful that it is without a doubt my go-to pool store."

"The manager Jim is very condescending and rude. Also every time I need something I have to order it. I needed a motor for my pump and it would take 10 days to get in. That's ridiculous. Also the motor was 179 more than blue dolphin. He also told me to get a whole new pump which cost 500. Then last weekend I go in and they're out of liquid chlorine in every size. I will avoid this place in the future."
