"Who would have thought Bike Barn did hockey skate sharpening? Thanks to some local hockey moms at the rink I was directed to Bike Barn for skate sharpening. My son needed a very specific machine (Sparx) and a certain cut. The owner gave me the best customer service and went above and beyond with taking care of the skates. So grateful we found Bike Barn during our hockey tournament."

"I purchased a vintage 1959 Schwinn from eBay and glad I took it to The Bike Barn for assembly and other work. Jim did a great job with assembly and installed new tires and brake pads that I ordered from Amazon as the original tires were dried-out and cracked and original brake pads had hardened. He got it cleaned-up nicely, working properly, and inspected for safety. "This morning I called to ask if I could bring my E-bike in to check the dead battery still under warranty. I bought it two months ago but the person who answered the phone told me E-bike of NE didn't sell Specialized bikes and my bike must have been used when I bought it. He refused to believe me, said he'd charge me $1200 for a new battery. As a Specialized dealer he should be able to do warranty work on my bike regardless of where I bought it. He was angry, dismissive and rude. Too bad, because he certainly has lost me as a potential customer."
