"Went in a couple of days ago to look for women's winter hiking boots. There weren't any, but that wasn't the main issue. While I was looking at the boots, an associate came over and asked if I needed assistance. I told them I was looking for women's winter hiking boots. He picked up a random winter boot (all for style, clearly not something to wear up a mountain) and handed it to me. I said "no thank you, that's not for hiking." He then put it down and just stared at me. I started to move away and he goes "what do you want?!" And I said, again, "winter hiking boots." He just continued to stare blankly at me, so I left."

"The new location is less than half the size of the old location. There's less stuff displayed and shelved. Shoes section is small. Basically nothing for climbing, only some harnesses."

Although the shop is small, they still have a good variety of items with the most popular brands for things like packs, water filters, and other gear."
