"Laura is beyond excellent with cats. We have a 6yr old Norwegian Forest Cat who only hangs out with us, and hides whenever anyone else enters the house. She's also a nervous wreck when when she stays at a Kennel. Laura came to see her twice a day for 2+ weeks, and became Feather's first new friend in 6 years. Laura was so patient and determined to get Feather out of her shell and it eventually worked! Feather was--for the first time--completely her fabulous, relaxed self when we returned from vacation. She came over to meet us, went for a walk with us around the neighborhood to see where she should take them, and asked lots of questions to know exactly how they liked things.
