"Great room. Pool was not heated and the jacuzzi jets did not work. There was an ant problem by the pool. Once again, the rooms were great. Problems were with the pool"

"Staff are so friendly and everything was so clean! The only complaint is that the fitness room is so small only 1 person can use it at one time. I found it very challenging to work out when the only space was clear the end of the treadmills. My suggestion is to get rid of one of the treadmills and leave enough space for a yoga mat for someone to work with the free weights. I'd also love to see more free weights next time instead of only eight and three pounds. Otherwise this is a fantastic place. I'll be back"

"The room I was in was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time I ever showered without protecting my feet that is how clean the tub was. The bed was so relaxing I was fast asleep. It was a great location very close to UMass Amherst and places to eat. The breakfast provided was free, normal, and delicious. Wonderful service around the clock. Most importantly NO BUGS!!"

"Paid over $700 for two nights (it's a 3-star hotel) during college parents weekend. Toilet didn't work, they made us go to the front desk to get a plunger to try to fix it ourselves. Didn't get fixed, couldn't move us to another room then only refunded us $100."

"My family and I just stayed at this hotel. The staff was pleasant. The hotel was CLEAN! I am that person that always cleans a hotel room when I arrive. I was thankful that whoever cleaned before we arrived did a great job. Breakfast was full of a variety of delicious foods. We would definitely stay here again.
