"I wish I could give a rating higher than 5 stars. From moving in to moving out, Moe has been such a great agent. He took upon himself to show me the facilities after hours when I could not make it during regular hours because of work, he facilitated and was a great communicator throughout the application process, explaining everything to me and being available on the phone. While I lived at Park 151, people were nice, professional, and available to help. The facilities are clean and maintenance is on top of their game. They have amazing events and free food for holidays, they gave us cupcake boxes for Thanksgiving, Christmas treats, and had fun events on the common floors in the summer with different food, ice cream, and drink stations. When planning to move out, again Moe was a great facilitator and communicator. He and his team helped me transition smoothly and were available and supportive. The only reason I moved out was because I was moving for medical school, but if I ever come back to Cambridge, I will definitely live again at Park 151."

"I had just climbed the stairs from the first floor to the fourteenth floor when all the elevators in this apartment suddenly broke down and we had to go up the stairs. Have lived here for a few months and am extremely disappointed with the construction of this building. The people at the leasing office are friendly but there is very little the property services team can do. Items in public areas are often broken and no one repairs them; the network signal in the building is very poor and cannot support online working and learning, etc. I can't imagine how many other people have been tricked into coming here. I saw your reply. On the day it happened, when I first went to your office to inquire, no one told me that accommodations were available. Later I saw your email and sent it to you asking how to apply, but no one responded to me. But this matter has passed and I don’t want to discuss it anymore. Fortunately, it was restored that day. I hope you can check all the equipment more carefully. In addition, there are a total of four TVs in the public area. The remote controls of three TVs no longer work. Please repair them as soon as possible."

"As the video I posted, the noise during the night is very serious and leading office asks me for the termination fee for two month rent, around 6,000$, because I want to move out due to the noise, which is rediculous. the more rediculous thing is that all the elevators will get fault due to the rainy day. Moreover, the package management is extremely awful, I have lost my two packages and the security is useless. I’m so tired of this apartment, I’m getting athopia, insomnia and depression because I can’t fall asleep for a whole night. So, I wish no one will rent this apartment. DO NOT WASTE your money and your health to live in such an awlful apartment."
