They along with the other cleaning and maintenance staff keep the building looking great and are so helpful."

The building is located in the best new spot in Cambridge and I am so thankful I have such a beautiful green space, Cambridge Crossing Park, right outside my front door. I also have to highlight the incredible maintenance team who always goes above and beyond in fixing/replacing anything I need in the apartment within 24hrs. Additionally, the cleaning staff is incredibly kind and keeps the AVA spotless at all times. Thank you for all you do!"

"I was blessed upon finding AVA North Point just during a fast move to Massachusetts, with my wife we start living in one of the apartments the past April and after 5 months we may say with no doubts that we could not be better located. It is always difficult to make a lease decision, but since our first visit to the building, we felt confident of the building and the people who were taking care of us. The leasing agent (Jordan) has been always highly professional and willing to attend to all our questions almost immediately, so the leasing process was awesomely easy, nothing different after that in terms of any payment process or request we could need, the property processes are friendly for the tenants. All the staff (leasing, maintenance, housekeeping, and concierge of course) is highly professional and kind, they are definitively high-value people working to give you a pretty experience daily. We love too much the following AVA North Point features: 1. Location close to the best areas, parks, universities, markets, green and orange lines train stations, and so on. This is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. 2. The property has a big and well-equipped gym, a nice pool, working areas, and a pool table. 3. You could spend a good time with other tenants as casually as watching a sports game in the social living area. The people living here are cool and nice. We highly recommend AVA North Point to live.
