The Vet Center located at 2038 Warwick Avenue in Warwick, Rhode Island, is a community-based counseling center that provides a wide range of social and psychological services to eligible Veterans, service members, and their families. The center offers professional counseling to assist with the transition from military to civilian life, as well as support for issues such as depression, PTSD, and military sexual trauma. The center also offers individual, group, marriage, and family counseling, as well as connections to other VA and community benefits and services. With a team of experienced counselors and outreach staff, many of whom are Veterans themselves, the center provides confidential support in a relaxed, non-medical setting. Additionally, the center operates Mobile Vet Centers to provide outreach to individuals in communities that are distant from existing services. For immediate assistance, a free and confidential call center is available 24/7 to connect Veterans, service members, and their families to their nearest Vet Center.
