"Breakfast sever Ray and cook can be heard publicly making fun of guests that didn't tip. Tip is optional and should never be an expectation. Hilton can just pay a better wage. Housekeeping, front desk on the other hand is excellent."

"Hotel is pretty good, but the restaurant continues to be a train wreck. You simply can't run a buffet like a restaurant. 1 server for 15 tables, of which 10 tables had dirty dishes on them. Took 20 min. Place the order for food off the buffet, because you can't get it your self, they must serve you."

"Staff was great, took an hour to get a room i had already purchased. then got issued a room that was already occupied. It was not the staffs fault, however the Hilton computer system. Management may want to start putting in some work hours to provide staff with the tools needed to be successful."

"I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was clean and smelled great. The bathroom is a little small and awkward, making it tough for 2 people to move around in there at the same time. The vent wasn't working in the bathroom either, which was a bummer. The AC unit needs to be cleaned. When in use, it gave off a moldy smell. If one of us suffered from allergies, we may have struggled with the air quality. Breakfast at this hotel was very delicious. The lounge area is stocked with all types of food that we could've purchased at any time of. The gym had a few ellipticals and free weights. Overall, the service from the front desk and the lounge was superb. Everyone was attentive and friendly. We will stay here again and hopefully choose maybe one of their junior suites for a little more space."
