"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel everyone was so nice and welcoming. The manager Mr.Michael was AWESOME !!! He greeted us with a smile and was so accommodating which was appreciated. This was one of the BEST hotel experiences I've ever had. Thank you courtyard for the win again !!!!"

"Pool closed for maintenance (understandable, but wish we knew ahead of time - 2 kids really disappointed). Tried to order an easy dinner from the Bistro in the lobby at 8pm on a Saturday after a long day and it was staffed by someone clearly intoxicated - couldn't answer questions regarding menu items nor fulfill a simple drink order. Breakfast was supposed to be offered 6am-10am: at 7am the Bistro had all lights off with no staff. Only one pot of coffee available with creamer/milk carafes mostly empty. Lobby reeked of gasoline upon exit. Front desk person rarely smiled. On a positive note it was a quiet hotel and fairly clean with comfy beds. Just a terrible experience regarding service."

"I'm usually impressed with Courtyard. However, this one needs work. When I get up to work on a Saturday I like a hot shower to be clean and fresh. No hot water on Dec 3, 2023. Management was rude to my significant other when asked for a late checkout. Rooms were ok. The room keys kept canceling out so we had to get them reset. Pool is nice. Hot tub is nice."

"The signage was dark at night, making it a bit challenging to find, but it is close to the highway. Our housekeeper, Minona, went out of her way to accommodate our special request for tea. The room was clean and comfortable, with no bad smells, which is very important to me. The furniture was in good condition and all the lights worked. No breakfast was available in the morning, be forewarned."

"Exactly as described. Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. Relatively expensive but what isn't expensive nowadays. Lots of parking. Everything was clean and easy to use. Love that they had a microwave in the room too!"
