"The Staff was very welcome and helpful! The bathroom was remodeled. Cons: The new sink was new but too small to put your things. Also, no towel rack nor towels near the bath sink. Sink is separated from the shower."

"Under construction so amenities were limited, we were not familiar with the area so unsure where to go for dinner and breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. If I were flying out of Providence I would definitely come here"

"Got 2 rooms in our stay, one for my family and another for my sister and her husband. 1.The lady at the front desk was very rude and had such a horrible attitude. 2.My sisters room had a few things that weren’t working well such as the shower, the fire detector beeping all the time, and the safety on the door which was dangerous for her baby. Initially they refused to change her room, and only after my husband spoke for the 2nd time they changed my sister to a different room. 3.We stayed for 4 days in which no one came and clean the room, we asked for our room to be cleaned and after they said they would clean it we came back to the hotel to find out that no one came to clean….. I mean how discussing could that be ? 4 days and no one even changed the trash bags… we ended up calling and complaining and taking all the trash ourselves…. 4. Elevators where extremely dirty - smelled like alchohol, there was a party in the hotel the night before and next day no one had clean the elevators….. 5.We literally had to go and ask for new towels and bring them back to our room by ourselves…… -There’s nothing worst that staying at a hotel which is not cheap and getting a horrible service from staff to the being at a no clean place. I don’t recommend this hotel at all ! There are cheaper options with more pleasant staff. If you can stay away from this hotel do so ….. it is definitely not a good place to stay …. We will never book this hotel again. We deeply regret staying here."

"Vinnie the van driver will take you just about anywhere! He’s a hoot and nice guy! The check in ladies are super nice too. The room was modern and clean. I was left to enjoy my solitude but thoroughly enjoyed Vinnie’s company while knitting outside on the benches. Great deals to be had here! Buses stop right in front which is helpful and saves you money from taking an Uber."

"If I can give this hotel 0 stars I would. The restaurant in the hotel, was closed for renovations. I was in and out the 3 days and never saw a worker or tool doing any work. Do not drink the coffee in the lobby per one of the cleaning people, they told us that the coffee sits there all day. I asked One of the cleaning people if they could clean my room. Since they didn't do it the day before totally understandable. she said no problem. I was very content with that answer. About a few hours later, Someone came into the room and stripped the sheets and took all the bedding and towels out of the room. I was told someone would be in shortly to take care of the rest. A few hours later Someone from the front desk call to tell me that and employee will be bringing up sheets and towels. When I asked when the cleaning people would be in. She said we weren't on the schedule and that they don't have anybody to clean our room. I said I just need the bedding. She said someone will bring it up and I had to make the bed myself. This is unacceptable on all levels. When I tried to call the front desk. The phone just got a busy signal. so I only could get phone calls from the front desk. I couldn't call them so every time I needed something we had to go downstairs. Every time I went downstairs, the staff was engaged in conversation with one another and made me feel like I was an afterthought, I was interrupting their conversations. Some of them were just rude. The hallways were filthy. The rugs were dirty in the hallways. The only good thing about this hotel if you can get them to clean your room is. They leave a bottle of water. I am so disappointed and will NEVER go back nor recommend this place."
