"I stayed in the apartment for 5 years and very much enjoyed my time there. The view from my place was terrific and the people, both the residents and the staff, were very nice and made me feel welcome. The location was terrific and the parking top notch. I really enjoyed Harborview Health Club and the people who worked out as well as the staff were great. All in all I would recommend Harborview at the Navy Yard."
"This place has really gone down hill. The AC and heating units are old, noisy, and often stop working. I've seen some of the 1-star reviews here about the maintenance staff and I have to say I agree. On the weekends packages take 1 full day to process typically. Somehow the management office is even worse. Emails aren't responded to within a week and the overall impression is that they aren't there to help and support. I wouldn't be posting this unless my experience was exceptionally bad (unlike any other apartment I've lived in). No ill-will towards anyone but for this amount of rent future tenets should know."
"DO NOT RENT HERE I have lived in the building for 3+ years and I have had many terrible experiences. First, the current management is terrible at communication. They don't respond to important emails and if they do respond the information doesn't seem to stick. I went through many problems with moving in and moving out. The major problem is how much they increased rent every year. The first year was reasonable, but this current year they tried to raise my rent by 54%, almost $2000. I tried to negotiate but they did not care at all. All they care about at this building is ripping people off. The only reason why i'm giving them 2 stars, and not 1, is because of the location and the maintenance staff is very nice and helpful."
"PROS: •Location - love the navy yard, walking distance to TD garden & north end. Lots of dogs and grassy areas and parks nearby. •Apartment units come with luxurious appliances and hardwood floors. •Maintenance and front desk team really friendly and nice. •Building is cleaned daily and well maintained. •Package concierge. CONS: •High lease renewal rates, parking is $400/month, pet rent fee, utilities not included, gym not included."
"Stay away! As others have noted the maintenance support is far below what is normal for a “luxury” building at this price point. We had a massive ceiling leak occur overnight, the response that night was slow and unhelpful. They left us with a giant recycle bin and said it would be fixed in the morning, this lead to extensive water damage in the ceiling and walls of our apartment as they left an active leak for 6+ hours. The leak has since been fixed but we have had zero communication around how and when the unit itself will be fixed. When I brought this up to the leasing office they said they would contact maintenance, no apology for how it’s been handled so far, nor for the extensive damage our unit and property experienced."
