InterContinental Boston, an IHG Hotel

"Convenient location when flying in and out of Logan airport. Great on-site restaurant and bar as well as a Starbucks inside the hotel. Hotel shuttle runs frequently 24/7 and is minutes from all terminals. Friendly staff and fast check-in. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Just a little dated and show signs of lots of used and wear and tear. Great location and service make up for the worn appearance especially for a quick overnight on your way into or out of town."

"The greeting from the front desk at 2am was very welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We stayed here to attend a Celtics game, if you do not mind a nice stroll...go for it. We took a cab going but took a nice walk back. Mall not so far away, Just in case you need something last minute. Parking in the garage is always busy so be patient, they were also very polite. We were unable to sit at the table for dinner so we ordered room service, they were so close to closing so we were a bit iffy... Our meal was delicious. Definitely the spot to stay for us when visiting. Would love to visit in the summer."

"Had a car break down in the middle of the night so we needed a place to stay last minute. It was the first place I called, the late night operator was so friendly and helpful. Once we got there after a short walk on a freezing night, the manager on shift was kind and thoughtful to our situation, offered us water immediately. The room was gorgeous, a massive tub with ready hot water. Amenities were great, will visit here again when not in a pickle. They offer spa services and room service."

"Everything I've come to expect from an InterContinental hotel and more. The staff was so professional and friendly, and made our stay so special. The bartenders Marco and Joe helped us ring in the new year and celebrate two very special occasions together. The front desk (Joe, Kristina) welcomed us and helped ensure we got into rooms as soon as possible (this was the day after NYE so the hotel was fully booked, so this was a huge feat for them to achieve for us since everyone was checking out late from the night before). The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it really felt like the hotel, which is moderately new in terms of construction, is being kept up to date."

"Had a wonderful date night and stayed here over another fav hotel. It was a perfect stay. The service was exceptional, the room was clean with extraordinarily comfortable linens, and the bed was heavenly. The bathtub was a good size and I loved the room opening next to the tub! A big thank you to the staff for their work keeping this hotel clean and well appointed, and for the attention to detail from everyone from the concierge to doorman and valet!"
