"Avoid this place at all costs! This building is not structurally equipped at all! The open garage often gets burst pipes, leaving cars covered in snow and ice. The building has no insulation and burst pipes. The management is really nice at first but are often rude on the phone when things go wrong or you need to make a request. They make it unlivable then take legal action when you leave for good reason. Crack and meth addicts do drugs on the basketball court, cars get broken into, homeless people live here and invite friends to stay. People running business out of the common spaces... Section 8 people stealing electricity from the hallways... I could go on..."
