"Worked with Michael, Muhammad, and Arthur at different stages before my move-in, and all of them were super patient and very helpful. I had multiple and repetitive questions regarding the move, as it was a stressful interstate move, and they made it seamless. The concierge, the maintenance team, and everyone were very respectful and helpful from day 1, making me feel right at home. Special shout-out to Michael for going above and beyond in helping me move some really huge and heavy furniture on the day of my move-in and after. I can't imagine what I would have done without his help! Thank you very much. :)"

"In January, I discovered my home here at Troy Boston. The building offers incredible amenities, and the leasing staff, particularly Muhammad from the leasing office, has been fantastic. From day one, he has provided incredible support——always responsive, kind, and exceptional at his job. The entire process, from my initial move-in to the most recent lease renewal (for another 12 months), has been remarkably smooth, all thanks to him. His attentiveness and accommodation of my needs turned what could have been a stressful decision into pure contentment. I highly recommend reaching out to Muhammad if you’re thinking of making Troy Boston your home. Also, a special shout-out goes to the dedicated cleaning staff and concierges for sweetening the sense of home here."
"I moved from out of state with excitement and faith that I had found my new home. Sadly, this was not the case. My leasing agent Arthur missed our scheduled virtual viewing time and I was not able to reschedule as I was headed to the airport. We continued to coordinate over email and he showed me a video of what was to be my unit. I specified that I would like a video of my actual unit to be sent to me and he assured me the photos and video sent were of that very same unit. When I arrived however, it was apparent the unit was not the one in the video with the skyline view. Instead I was shown to my apartment by Mohammad and was greeted with a view facing the opposite side of complex and was staring directly into another person’s apartment. When I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction with this, I was met with a “sorry you’re unhappy.” The only options I was given was to wait a month to move into a more expensive unit 30 days later, or to leave. Though I appreciate the 30 day satisfaction guarantee, nothing was done to rectify their mistake. No offer to move me into the new unit at the same rate, no offer to discount the unit I was placed in, nothing. Instead of having the seamless move in I’d planned, I was left scrambling to find a new apartment asap. I feel like a signed a lease under false pretenses, and could not continue to stay here. This was a bait and switch and I moved out 26 hours after move in. Lucky I did- I spoke with residents in the elevator at move out and they were all unhappy with Troy but opted to stay because of the location. I was informed that despite all this, it would still take 7-10 business days to refund me. This is not acceptable as I have not only wasted time and energy trotting all over Boston to view different homes, but will have to put down a deposit with the new apartment to secure a home, and have already wasted so much money on transportation, hotel, and storage of my belongings. I’ve asked to speak with management about my experience but was directed back to Mohammad. Can someone who can help please reach out?"
