"I recently attended an open house by a young lady named Stacie. Normally when I go to these things I honestly feel like it's a bit of a train wreck and I'm used to receiving the used car salesman approach. I'm very picky about where I live and I my decision usually starts forming during the open house process and a personality can make or break the experience. Stacie presented herself as an honest and engaging host and was very pleasant to be around. I did not feel like she was "giving me the business" as I like to put it and instead answered my questions directly and with energy. I can tell she cares about the people she shows to and was quick to address questions and concerns as they came up from myself and others. The property itself is beautiful and the location is perfect for me. Its in close walking and driving distance to most of the places that matter to me. I've attended several open houses in the past 3 months as I prepare to find my new home and I am excited to say that Elevate is the place for me."

"I was in the area looking for a place for a friend who works in finance who is looking for a place in the Boston area. I managed to end up connecting with Stacie for this tour. If I had the amenities to be there I would but my Bostonian friend does. I was very happy with what I saw and the ease of access to various things around the city. I know that my friend will like that. Again, Stacie was beyond helpful and provided a wealth of knowledge and information and I definitively liked what was given."

"Just had an apartment tour and it was a fantastic experience. Sharif was incredibly informative and welcoming, making the entire visit both enjoyable and insightful. The apartment and its amenities were exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained! Would recommend."

"Do not be misled by the high star reviews. Simple reason, many are from the past before mgmt change. Check recent reviews which heavily skew to the downside. My personal experience is more than horrible. Following is just list of facts, no opinion, you can judge by yourself. Please read for your own benefit. 1. Out of power for extended period of time. As consequence, no utility at home and elevator all down, have fun climbing 24 floors. Twice in two years. Detail for no utility: food in fridge gone bad, no ac in 88F, no wifi, nothing. 2. Package thieves active. They have to lock package in room and have you ask them to open the door every single time you pickup something. Later they gave it up bc of renovations, pile package in the hallway where anyone can grab anything. Have fun losing something you’ve been waiting for and valuable. Have fun watching cctv for hours by yourself if you want to catch the thief, bc that’s what you will be told when you ask for help “I don’t know I was not here, there’s cctv if you want to watch it” 3. Messed up wiring in my apartment, causing outrage. Directly disrupt my remote work as Wi-Fi down mid-meeting. Told me can’t be fixed on that day bc he “did not do the wiring” and “who did that is not his ppl and is unreachable” Have fun explaining this to your boss. 4. Messed up online account. Rate higher than what’s agreed on lease for 20%. I ask them to correct, they spent a whole two months on this. Before the rate is corrected, they sent me an eviction warning for not paying rent. Have fun reading the first eviction letter you have ever received in your life. 5. 80% of time it’s in renovation, which means from time to time they lower the standard and ask you to get along with it. Gym in basement with outdated equipments. Hallway remain half-done for 7+ months. We understand it takes time but not this long. Promised to finish before summer but now late Aug and not even close to finish line. 6. Promise to make it professionals-only but lease to tons of students who party late. For more than five times, bass keep me up on a weekday 1130pm. The busiest day, firm alarm triggered 6 times a day. Have fun going downstairs in you pajama only bc someone’s pipe is cooking. 7. Promise to replace old washer and dryer when item arrives when lease signed last year, now said they don’t offer that anymore. Good luck and have fun dealing with all that."
