"I love living at The Smith. I’ve been fortunate enough to live in different newer buildings and The Smith is by far one of the most exceptional. Not because of the aesthetic (believe it or not) it’s the people that make it special. They are friendly, personable, and get to know their residents on a personal level. The equality I witness with no bias makes The Smith feel like home."

"I just moved into The Smith 99 (after a bit of a delayed building opening) but the leasing team so incredibly helpful in ensuring we were taken care of by staying in building 89. Both of these buildings are absolutely stunning and still so close to Back Bay. Paige, Karla, and Shannon were communicative throughout and have hosted some great events so far. I was always hesitant to move into a big building when I was used to south end brownstones, but I am so happy to be at The Smith 99!"

"Excellent place! The staff is very friendly and they are always helping you, the common areas are spacious and the tenants are very respectful of the rules of coexistence, it has an excellent gym and they have two classes, one yoga which is great and one functional (I have not been able to attend ) the pool is incredible and the terrace has a beautiful view, what I like the most is the dog spa, since I have a dog and it is the best to have a space where I can bathe him. It has several meeting rooms and in the lobby it has a very practical desk area for talking or working."

"The Smith is an amazing community to be a part of. I have lived here for the last two years and have always had an incredible experience. I only thought to end a lease because I was going to move out of state for work; However, when I decided to take a new job in Boston and stay, Manny went above and beyond to accommodate me and find me another apartment in the building. He is highly communicative, respectful, and genuinely helpful. His professionalism has proven to be the best management experience I’ve had at any luxury apartment in the city over the past 10+ years. Everyone the building employs makes living at The Smith worth it. Matt is the best concierge in Boston. He takes care of every resident need with sincere thoughtfulness, kindness, and respectability. The maintenance team, especially Vince, runs everything smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. The cleaning staff are incredibly sweet and diligent; even when they have their hands full of supplies, they have tried to offer to hold doors and take trash out of my hands. I would recommend living in this building to anyone I care about. The neighbors are friendly, the amenities are unbeatable, and the community makes living in Boston undeniably enjoyable. Appreciate everyone’s hard work that goes into making The Smith a wonderful place to call home."

"I've been very happy with my experience so far at The Smith! I had a somewhat complex situation regarding setting up my lease (multiple people in different states needing to sign) and Karla helped SO much with getting the process done smoothly and quickly. I also really appreciated her checking in with me to make sure that my move went well. The 24 hour concierge has also been SUCH a benefit. I feel safer knowing that staff is on-site at all times, and I haven't had to worry about packages or deliveries getting stolen or misdelivered, which was a frequent problem at my previous complex. I also really appreciate all the bright and clean spaces in the building where I'm able to sit and work."
