"Beautiful apartments! Toured there and hoping to move there in the coming months. I’ve been working with Horace and he has been absolutely incredible and provides very quick responses to all my questions. *Adding onto my initial review now that I am all moved in!* The whole Flats on D team, specifically Horace, the Assistant General Manager, as well as Drew and Paul, the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Technician have been absolutely amazing. Move in was so easy and I had a number of maintenance requests that were all completed in under 24 hours! The apartment itself and all the amenities are beautiful and spotless. My experience from touring, to pre move in, now to actually living here has been all around fantastic and I'm so grateful for the Flats on D team and highly recommend living here to anyone who is considering."

Everyone is so kind and helpful, the building is extremely clean and well cared for, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, the area feels very safe, and the overall resident experience has been amazing. The technology thats available really makes everything so easy also. The online platform for rent payment, amenity reservations, maintenance requests, etc. is so user friendly and simple to use. The package concierge service is so helpful with notifications and keeping packages secure. Couldn’t ask for a better experience all around!"

"It was wonderful living at Flats. It's in such a perfect location to either access south Boston or seaport at a walking distance. The front desk is always available and willing to help in any moment. The building is very dog friendly which was perfect for us as well and they even supply doggie bags! Overall a great place to be."
