"From looking at apartment to move in only took one day. Apartment itself is alright, had ant problems in the kitchen a couple times. My direct neighbors (above and across) were friendly. There was a seal about an inch back from each of the windows that was leaking water when it rained, which made sleeping a bit unpleasant during the two particularly bad storms I was there for, no issues other than that. Parking is great, never had an issue finding parking. Only one shooting in parking lot while I lived there. Still waiting on security deposit 8 months after moving out, call once a month, never receive call back. Would give three stars for Apartment, Two stars for entire experience. *Edit: I did receive my security deposit soon after this post 2 years ago. - 3 Stars to reflect my thoughts on the apartment complex.*"

"I lived there for 5 years and I have to say it is an amazing place. There a few things that I didn't like but other than those issues everything was perfect. The move in was smooth and took a few days with no interruptions. The neighbors were very friendly. We did have problems with some mouse but the maintenance came with some type of treatment right away and it did the trick for 4 years. Whenever I called the maintenance they were always there and on time. They did not rush into any process. In the summer time it was even better. The area is located near an ice cream shop that sells great ice cream. It is also located to a small park where you can have little family cookouts or just to enjoy the view. The pool was always open in the summer to anyone and their guests. One problem I had was with a Caucasian blonde woman. I went to the pool and the woman kept telling me to get out because I didn't have a pool pass. The leasing office usually gives pool passes but that year, my family did not receive any. I asked her if she had a pool pass and she said no. I had to exit the pool not knowing who the woman was or if she had the audacity to kick me out. On my last year living there, my laundry machine had broken and I called maintenance to fix it but for some odd reason they didn't show up. I had to go out of the building to do my laundry in the cold. The laundry machine was leaking from somewhere and it was wetting the carpet and browning it and giving a nasty stench to the apartment. I went to the leasing office this time and they said they would send the maintenance. Still nothing. After that, I looked to the corner of where the laundry machine was leaking and there was MUSHROOM growing. Full stem and all. It was unsanitary and disgusting. I went back to the leasing office to ask an extension in my rent and they told me I had to pay $80 each week I was there. Eventually I moved out and the move out was smooth as well. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is nice and the location is perfect."
