"if there was a 0 star option, it would have been more appropriate. the management is beyond unprofessional and unethical. since getting approved for the apartment, my experience with them has been nothing short of awful! a woman named barbara actually hung up on me instead of resolving the issue. prior to that, no one showed up for our scheduled apartment viewing. we waited and waited outside and till this day, no one has contacted me to reschedule. they are also still holding on to the $200 holding fee for the apartment. i have withdrawn my application because i can only imagine what their tenants have to deal with over there. my advice, look elsewhere!"
"I moved here 2013 , everything was spectacular! Staff was friendly , understanding ,it was a all around pleasant place to live . Since being under new management, even maintenance staff it has been Hell . I truly never experienced anything like it before. Every time it is time to renew your lease if you choose, they ask for more money every year . It is a testament that when you love a place no matter your good standings , no drama no issues. . Your survival matters not !!! Your other essentials in life mean nothing , pay rent ,“” Food , bills , clothes personal essentials mean nothing to these people. Although it is nice to live in a pretty quiet area the fact is your pocket won’t Survive Rest assure they implement some so called improvements to the property, to justify , and jeopardize your place to live $$$$$ money hungry"
"It's an ok place, with 10 minute walk to bus stops, and 5 minute walk to grocery store. the apartment buildings are old, but at least maintenance is fine, and they just updated building main door locks, building floor doors, and replaced every apartment's toilet for a water saving one in past year. also, they just installed an Amazon locker near leasing office for everyone's package, which is convenient. also, hot water is included in rent, but rent is raised a lot in past 4-5 years, added more than $150 per month since first time i move in 4 years ago. ground maintenance is fine, like snow removal, but some irresponsible residents leave a lot of trash on ground or in compactor area, and maintenance guy cannot always keep up. they tried separated recycle bins for a while, but discontinued since some residents or kids keep putting trash bags into recycle bins. i might stay here for another year if rent is tolerable, since it's still a relatively cheaper place and i can take bus to work if i need to."
"Horrible THEY HAVE AN INFESTATION OF RODENTS!!!!! Will deny it until you get the keys. Then send all sorts of questionable exterminator letters for a problem never resolved in the year I was there. The management office employee turn over rate is barely a quarterly, I met too many people to account for. Literally by the time I put in my letter to inform them of my move the whole entire management team was different. Front desk, assistant property manager and property manager. The complexes are unsafe hence the requirement to have rental insurance. Several apartments were broken into within a week, my apartment being one. I was not informed of this through management but through the police when taking my report. The laundry facilities are gross and ill equipped machines. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the hallways is bad enough you wouldn't want to have guests or have to explain why it appears the way it does. Bless your heart if you move it but don't say you weren't warned."
