"I applied for the house 4 months ago, I paid $250 to apply. I did not get the apartment. Everytime I call them to send me BACK MY MONEY they have NEVER sent me the money. EVERY single time I call them, they make broken promises and say "on this date," they will send it to me. THEY NEVER DID, MONEY DON'T GROW ON TREES!"

"They are very rude & act as if your are doing them a favor by living here. Even with working with the higher up the lady McMartin acts like she scared of the community she services. They do not call back for any reason & please do not have a maintenance issue bc you have to fix it yourself or act like again they are doing you a favor for fixing the raggedy unit!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! Only good thing is the location hence the 1 star"

"When it came time to move things in my apartment for them to redo the floor in my unit both Anthony and Shane from the leasing staff, were very helpful and moving the furniture where as I am in capable of doing so myself. The flooring company that was hired to replace the floor, did a fabulous job in one day and moved the remaining large piece of furniture that was left. The whole Place was done themselves and put back to the best of their ability. All in all the experience was very well received I have no complaints. Thank you"
