"I have lived here since day 1 of opening, so since 1998...I have seen so many changes here some good most bad, When I first moved here it was beautiful, the property, my apartment, the community, and even management.... Through the years there's been 4 different owners that I know of.. Property, people and management especially maintenance has gone down hill. Last summer pool was even open until mid August because there was never any maintenance done on it since 1998 Finally this summer a new filter put it big deal, the Lifeguard attendants dress in normal clothes and sit in clubhouse all day on phone or playing pool or laying on sofa, There's never anyone in office and if you have a emergency maintenance issue like no a/c or clogged toilet no heat ECT..when you call there's 2 options 1 for non emergency and other for emergency the emergency option is disabled leaving you lost.I obviously could go on and omn but I'm tired of typing..Please look elsewhere as you won't be happy I've put up with too much it's only getting worse so I'm finally looking to move.Good luck to people who move here....."

Welcome to Randolph’s Liberty Place where drug activity, deals and arrests occur just as often as you’ll see the fire, rescue and police departments in the complex. Littering, 12/10 recommended! Threatened to be shot, highly likely. Management, 10000000/10 to not care!!"

"I've lived at liberty place for two years. In all I think the apartments are spacious and beautiful. It defiantly is kid friendly and a very very safe complex to let your kids play outside in the back yard or front of house. Its a quiet respectful area. Majority of the people here respect the noise volume.drama free!!!! If I could change one thing they should make a park inside the complex so kids have somewhere else to play besides the front of house.there's nothing really for them to do there's just grass and a few trees. Also to use the pool you have to pay for a pool pass that cost $25-$50 per resident and $5 a day for visitors. Paying such a high rent, this activity should be free to residents. Living here you never have to go far for ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING :)! 3-5 min away. As for maintenance they are OK, I don't no why they fall behind but its not the best. I've asked for my rugs to be cleaned among other things last year and still no one has come. The dishwasher & sink always clog. window shades break easy,toilet ALWAYS CLOG:/ etc... If the rent was not increasing every 6months to a year I would stay all because I feel safe here.! Its gotten to expensive. :("
