"If you thinking about it. Don’t. The building is suffering from mice and roaches and the management and “exterminators” do NOTHING about it. Also there is tenets or homeless people sleeping in laundry rooms. We singed our lease and we already sent a lease non renewing letter."

"This place is beyond imagination, after 4 months in this hell I'm so greatfull I've been released from my 1 yrs lease. Between the over abundance of crack heads & crack dealers, the violent mentally ill wandering the hallways the homeless sleeping on the floor in the lobby or in the laundry room on the machines the discarded furniture and trash on the grounds, the cockroaches the mice the black mold the filthy discusting laundry room that has never had a working light the ENTIRE time I've lived here. Theres NO ventilation or air flow in common stairwell and hallways and in the summer it's so hot its difficult to breath... New management recently took over but this is an impossible task to fix this dump...DONT MOVE HERE Don't let me forget the constant floods in the buildings hence the mold but tennants suffer property damages and losses and last but not least the cleaning company comes only 1 day a week and mops 3 floors of common hallways and two stairwells lobby and Laundry room with the same 3 inches of nasty black water with the dirtiest stinking mop I've ever seen used let alone by a "professional" cleaning service. Hallways are dirtier when they finish not cleaner. Washers n dryers are NEVER wiped down and most of the time they never even bother to clean the windows in lobby and stairwells, but you can be sure you'll see the staff talking away on cell phone."

"recently got this apartment switched to my name from my mothers, the new management overall everyone was a huge help including janelle tammy and zack.. theyre respectful and try to get everything they need done asap, they stay on top of things and definitely deserve more props and recognition for their dedication to these apartments that use to be not so good / not ran well. thanks! things are getting better"

"My family recently moved in. We have had so much help & professionalism from the staff. Everyone has helped with the smooth transition. The apartment is nice, the amenities are on point. Overall, a nice place that I'm happy to call our new home."

"This use to be a nice place to live. When this place was bought by Home Properties, they decided to change the heating system. When they did that they put a lot of holes in the apartments, Now the apartments have mice and they also have a bed bug problem. They have hired contractors to help try to fix the problem but its not working. There are some tenants that killed up to 15 mice in their apartment last winter. The contractors patched up some of the holes but for some reason they are still getting into the apartments. Now that the winter is returning residents have already seen some in the apartments. You will be better off finding a place that is nice without these issues. Every one that has moved out have thrown away most of their furniture. Please don't get sucked in because you have free heat and hot water. Trust me its not worth it."
