"Worst possible place to live. The absentee management (they're not located on site) takes months to make repairs. The building is on a loud street with sirens, loud music, and horns honking all day. You pay for parking but if someone takes your space the management office just tells you to call the tow company because they don't want to deal with it. And my car was broken into, which is when I found out the cameras in the parking lot (one of which was pointed at my parking space) don't actually work. They also don't have any real amenities - no pool, no community room, a very small gym. These are not luxury apartments at all. Photo is of my ceiling after my upstairs neighbor's dirty bathwater leaked through my ceiling and wall in May and they wouldn't make repairs until after I moved out in August. Avoid this place at all costs."
