"I lived in Hamilton Union Apt 5A for 6 months and my experience was subpar. Maintenance is slow and would arrive whenever they wanted even though I would specifically ask them to call me in advance when I made my online maintenance requests. Maintenance also didn’t always fulfill requests in a timely manner or believe me regarding the issues in the apartment. I explained to them that the bathroom spout was spilling more water than normal compared to the shower head, and that there was a leak in a pipe as there was always a puddle after I showered. Maintenance told me that they had just replaced the spout before I arrived. They also had the audacity to tell me that the overflow drain was causing the spill and not their pipeline. The maintenance guy tried to fool me by telling me that the water was navigating UP from the overflow drain which doesn’t make any sense, his explanation defies all laws of physics. The apartment complex also has a mice infestation. There were two mice in the kitchen, one was caught by a mouse trap and the other still scurried the kitchen at night. There were always these boxes or trash in the hallway right in front of my door. Not sure how having boxes in the hallway passes fire inspection. I also had issues receiving deposit back within the legal 30 day period. On the 06/30 I called to confirm that someone got the paper which included my forwarding address and the person I spoke confirmed yes and mentioned she gave paper to the department that wrote out the checks. On 07/05 I have a missed call from Susana requesting my forwarding address. I call her back same day within the hour to provide my forwarding address. On 08/02 I called the Hamilton Union again as a month has passed and they claim they never received my forwarding address."
