Serenity Apartments 101 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130

"This place ONLY allows comcast. The parking spots are exceptionally small and cramped The location is wonderful, most of the staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful! Initial experience: On our move-in day, the leasing agent told us that we DO NOT have a parking spot, that we have not paid for it and that we do not have a lease for it. We tell her we have a signed lease but can’t get a word in edgewise. We ask if we can reserve a spot that day – we are told that they are 100% full. We ask if they can look for a visitor parking spot for us and continue to move. We send them the signed lease, the receipt from when we paid for the spot, and their confirmation email that we have a spot! Well, 9:30 pm, after an entire day of moving, we are told that we do not have a spot, we do not have a visitor spot, and we end up having to drive to our old place and park there for one more night. We have had other unpleasant experiences with this agent as well. So now, all of our interactions with the leasing office are in writing. I highly encourage you to do the same. There are other small issues with the place – the washing machine has a mildew smell, the door hinges are crooked and make the doors swing (which we were told could never be fixed) – but overall, I would have loved to give this place a four- or five-star review for the amenities, apartment size, and location."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Serenity Apartments in Boston, MA, and I must say that Bridget, Patrick, and the rest of the staff at Serenity, were simply outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and they went out of their way to make sure that my time at the building was perfect. I have endless positive things to say about the staff here. The memory that sticks out most in my head was when I was locked out with two dogs and late to a meeting and Bridget was able to get maintenance there quickly fix my door and somehow manage to keep both dogs calm!!! They also put on the cutest events for the building for different holidays and to get to know other residents. Everyone who works there are so kind and friendly while still being professional. They go out of their way for their residents! The Serenity Apartments themselves were also fantastic. The apartments were clean, spacious, very up to date, with all the amenities a person could ask for. The location was perfect too- easy access to all the best sights and attractions in Boston. Conveniently located on the Green Line of the Boston T. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the Serenity Apartments, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Boston. "I stayed in Serenity for some time last year. It's a very unique community. It's perfectly located within walking distance from many places in Boston. And has a T station literally when you step out for any place further. If you're lucky and one of the apartments overlooking Olmsted Park, you will get one of the most, if not THE most, gorgeous views in Boston. The whole team from management, leasing office and concierge were very welcoming and helpful. The leasing experience was super smooth and hassle-free. Bridget and Britny from the leasing office made the whole process very pleasant."

"I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Serenity Apartments. My partner and I recently moved out due to a change in job locations, but we lived there for a little over a year previously. The apartments are beautiful with new appliances, tall windows, and clean finishes. We were on one of the higher levels and had the most gorgeous view of the pond, which I will miss so much! Bridget, Darian, and Britney were always so lovely and accommodating during our leasing period here, which made our stay only more enjoyable. Luis and Jonathan have were also extremely friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The management team responded quickly and efficiently to any questions we had. Thank you all for everything you did to make our stay at Serenity so memorable. We can only hope the management team at our new home will be half as wonderful as the Serenity management team was!"

"Serenity is absolutely amazing. I'm living here now since one year. The apartments of very high quality. They are beautiful and bright, with large windows (floor to ground windows). There is a concierge available 24/7, who is super helpful with anything one needs. There is additional management staff available, such as Bridget. Britny, and Darian, who are all extremely kind and warm. I have mostly interacted with Bridget, who was always extremely helpful. The location is also nice, directly at the beautiful Jamaica Ponds. Maintenance requests, which can be submitted electronically, are taken care of quickly in my experience. I absolutely love living here, its a wonderful place with wonderful people."
