"I have one problem in the laundry room to your assigned building should not allow other residents in other buildings to use our laundry rooms see we have limited washers and dryer please be consider other residence if you leave clothes in the washer or the dryer people will touch your clothes. Sorry"

Courtney showed me a model apartment and did a great job pointing out the features that she knew would be most important to me based on information she gathered when I first came in. She was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the property. I can not wait to make the most out of the new fitness center!"

"Stayed here from September 2021 to October 2022. We moved here from a previous Picerne property because we were expecting our first child and needed another bedroom. They recommended Cowessett because they have a large property with more apartments. This place is so nice. Pretty grounds, tucked away in Warwick. Close to 95 for good highway access. Quiet complex. The apartment was nice and spacious. Plenty of laundry machines per building. The staff here are very friendly. They made it very easy to transition from the previous complex. The only reason we moved out is because rates went up and was out of our budget. Story time: In January, we left for the hospital to deliver our son, and my sister came over to check on the cats. She found the dishwasher and sink were over flooding, a clogged pipe issue. I contacted maintenance and it was all set by the time we came home. Everyone was awesome and stayed in communication with us. They were also excited for the baby and asked about him frequently during our stay. Cannot recommend this complex enough if it's in your budget."

"We have lived here for a year and just recently extended our lease. Everyone at the leasing office is great, and my neighbors are so friendly and drama free. The new gym is amazing!"

"Overpriced, They overcharge....say you don't pay when you do. Make excuses for everything...the paint is so thick w every color they've painted the walls you can barely hang a picture up. They had things living in the walls, danced around the question when asked what it was. Pool was nasty, with clumps of hair and snot in it. The laundry room floor was so damaged due to water sitting underneath it stunk. The maintenance people (only a few knew what they were doing) other than that didn't know how to fix anything. My ceiling leaked a ton...and I'm wicked allergic to mold...so I knew there was mold present...was told basically they fixed it alll but pictures state otherwise. Also, those pics of under the stairs w the litter and stuff was what was there when moving in...also, the old rug just had a new rug thrown on top...and apparently thought I wouldn't notice"
