"My boyfriend and I moved into 201 just under a month ago and I'm not even kidding when I say that we look at each other at least once a day and agree, "we're so lucky to be here." This was our first place together and we were just as nervous as we were excited, but the second we stepped through the doors we knew we found our home! Not only are the apartments & amenities gorgeous, but both the staff and community members are all so friendly and helpful (I literally had a maintenance fix completed in like 2 hours -- thanks Ryan!) You immediately feel welcomed here!Clarissa is a literal god-sent and got us into an apartment that we didn't even think was going to be available. Since then, everything from signing the lease to getting our stuff in the door has been a breeze. If you have any questions, her or Marissa are usually there to help, anyways! & honestly, my favorite part of the morning has become running into the sweet maintenance guy, Juan, who asks daily how my dog is adjusting to his new home! Long story short -- if you have the chance to move in here don't hesitate for a second! You'll be like us and never want to leave."

"I checked out so many places in MA, but 201 Canal felt right at home. The amenities, the small-town vibe, and peace are unmatched by any other location in MA. People usually make homes, and Marissa made it feel like you are right at home with her helpful nature. I walked in without an appointment because it was a last-minute plan (appointments are recommended), and she still came through for me. She answered all my questions, some maybe multiple times as well. Whoever decides to live here, it would be a great move."

"We have lived at this building for about two years now. It has been an uphill battle to say the least. Not only have we had multiple issues with our unit (example: our floors being extremely messed up and waiting for nearly 8 months to have them fixed), but major issues with other tenants.There is a VERY CLEAR domestic situation happening above us and despite getting management involved, calling the police multiple times, etc, there has been NO resolution. We pay $2,400 a month to live in an apartment that can’t comfortably live in because our upstairs “neighbors” are constantly fighting, breaking things, yelling slurs at us through the vents, and absolutely making out living experience MISERABLE. Overall, living in this area has been nice, but the management of this property is a NIGHTMARE."

"This has been a ongoing problem for 1.5 years!!! I had guest and when we turned the oven on Friday evening, it went off, not even the gas top works.We also tried to reset, that also didn't work. We then tried to cook at rooftop, that also doesn't work. What an emberssment in front of guest, that you live in such a "good looking place"... but the reality is far opposite! Now for the full weekend we don't gas top as well!!! It's really a miserable management- can't solve a simple problem for 1.5 years!"
