"I used to live here, the scenery is so beautiful. Maintenance is always on top of everything. The pool and park are great for the kids. Office staff is always nice and listen to any concerns you may have about your apartment and get it fixed. Only con’s I can think of is if you live on the first or second floor, heavy footsteps and children banging from above, but that’s how most apartments are in the city. And the wait list is very long approximately 54 months which is 3-5 years. The pro’s definitely out weigh the con’s in my opinion, definitely a mistake on my part moving out. Currently on the wait list to move back in."

"Very long waitlist. It took me five years to get into a two bedroom which is to be expected for low income apartments. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious. Every morning they work hard to keep the area clean and pretty. They vacuum the hallways & do their best to keep it clean. Some of the tenants have no respect and trash the place. I have a neighbor who constantly rings my doorbell all hours of the night because she’s too lazy to get a key from the office that only cost a buck. Some families will throw their mentally ill, disabled or drug addicted relative in here (because the rent is cheap) & it’s the poor tenants like myself that are stuck dealing with them. The other major issue is parking, especially for visitors which is extremely limited. Fleet Towing is on the hunt if you mistakenly park where your not suppose to be. If you do not have a sticker and there’s no visitor spots left your screwed! Lots of pros and a few cons that need to be worked on."
