Redwood Terrace

"I’ve been here since 2012. My first apartment at 215 hickory lane was obviously beautiful to me since it was my first apartment. As time went on I noticed how easy the closet doors fell off. The hardwood floors were starting to pop up and the kitchen floor no matter how many times I cleaned it (hands and knees) would always look nasty. Numerous times maintenance would have to come into my unit to access the crawl space because the pipes were backed up and sewerage water was rising in our kitchen sinks. I was over the place. Since Anna and Michelle noticed how clean I kept my unit they offered me a new one at 411 blackbrook dr. Best unit EVER. Since I needed a three bedroom I moved after 2yrs at unit 411. I’ve been at 132 Hemlock lane now and it’s a disaster since day 1. They never painted the unit. The gloss on the wood floors bubbled up in between each wood peace, so there’s bumps everywhere . The closet doors are constantly falling off. Since July the sewage has backed up and leaked all over my kitchen. Mind you they have not offered to reimburse me for the stuff that was ruined. I HATE this place. That sign live, work, relax, is false advertisement. I work 8hr shifts, and to come home to this is unacceptable. Last night I got home to a disaster it took a plumber 3 hrs to arrive. My house smelled like poop."

"I just moved in a month ago, but so far I love it! The apartment is gorgeous! They did an awesome job getting it ready for me and my family. The staff in the office is very nice and they get back to you quickly when you reach out to them. Maintenance does an excellent job keeping the property clean and well maintained. And it's nice and quiet around here, neighbors are very respectful. So far after being here for a month me and my family are very happy."

"Moved to Redwood Terrace from a 2 family home in Dracut. My daughter and I have readily adapted to living here. The apartments and the grounds are kept nice. The Maintenance men ( Felix and Juan) are very efficient and good at what they do. They just recently completed a work order in my apartment and they kept me informed of the progress and of the end result. They finished everything in a timely manner and left everything neat and tidy as it was. I feel confident that if I need (Felix and Juan) to fix anything in the future they will get the job done in a manner in which I will be satisfied. Thanks guys!!"
