It is nice and quiet and the community that is built by the management with the amenities and events is a nice addition that you don't get in most apartments or living in a neighborhood. The maintenance staff is great too. Matt, Omar and Sam are super friendly and helpful. If you have a maintenance issue, it is taken care of quickly. Great place to live, with a great view of the Mohawk River."
