"We've been here for 5 month or so and really like it here. The apartment is very nice, I don't hear the other tenants unless it's coming from the common hallway. Plenty of parking, never looking for a spot. Very nice they have a rack for kayaks outside. It's a good location with Latham and Clifton Park being on each side just a few minutes away in either direction. Snow was always taken care of early morning after a storm, dog bags are always provided outside for the pets. There is some construction going on nearby I'm hoping they are building more units, and maybe that will create a longer walk for the dog. Was nervous to smell the dump, luckily you don't smell it here, it seems to stay to the south, and don't have any issues with that."
"I went to visit a friend, and l must say that l was very impressed with his apartment. He lives in a two bedroom and it was quite spacious and comfy. If l were to afford such a place, I'd definitely rent there, no questions about it."
