"Just a quick shout out to the maintenance team! I recently moved apartments and had a handful of items that needed attention in my new unit. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony, Ian, Jim, and Josh to get all the maintenance tickets resolved, and they were all wonderful. I know they deal with an extremely high volume of work in a complex this size, but they were all very willing to handle my concerns effectively, efficiently, and in a very friendly manner. (I think their team is quite small, which makes their positive service that much more impressive.) I've also spoken with Chad a few times (who I believe is the supervisor) and he's always been very kind and helpful as well. Thanks for all the work you all do!"

"This apartment was so tiny that even ants would consider it cramped. The walls were so thin, I could hear my neighbor's goldfish plotting their escape. The view? Well, let's just say I've seen more inspiring landscapes on a postage stamp. But you know what made it special? The Hot tub never working, The staff being rude as hell, How smelly the hallways are from the trash chutes and trash chutes that don’t work."

"They have really turned this place around since I started staying here. Front of house is the most professional kindest people ever maintenance is usually top notch sometimes slow but they are a lot of apartments so understandable. Whatever new management they have seems to be working, past management let the place get out of hand."

"Apartment complex living can definitely be hard but Harmony Mills has done an amazing job making it seamless. Bryan from the leasing office, who is no longer working there, helped us immensely when moving in; answering all our questions via email and phone. My maintenance requests have been attended to quickly. When moving in there was a mix-up with our parking space/storage space, Gabby was quick to fix it for us without trouble. Ethan from the leasing office reached out to check up on us, asking if we needed anything. I will say that many people don’t pick up their dogs excrement, trash is sometimes overflowing, and the recycling is overflowing. But overall my boyfriend and I have enjoyed living here since we moved in the beginning of August."

"I have nothing but great things to say about this community and my apartment. I want to especially shout out Gabby with the Leasing Office who has provided exceptional resident services. I had 1000 questions for her and she answered 1001 times, most before I could even ask them. Everyone that works and lives here is super friendly, the amenities are literally endless, and the apartment is gorgeous."
