"The dump stinks. The air conditioners are right outside the bedrooms and are noisy. Way too expensive and the owners are heartless vultures. We are sr. Citizens who left according to the law for less expensive Sr. housing and they are trying to intimidate us. Stay away from this place."

"Looks pretty but the dump smell is pretty potent. Definitely used the cheapest products when building...windows a big issue! Couldn’t get packages delivered to the door consistently... sometimes in, sometimes outside the main doors to apt building. Good luck if you move in, we were there briefly ... move out fees ridiculous!"
