"I CANNOT LEAVE MY APT FOR ANY AMOUNT OF TIME OR THEY WILL ROB ME! I HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE WATCH MY APARTMENT EVERY WEEK SO I CAN just go see my doctor appointments and run errands. The theives know i know they are in my apt and are are punishing me for going to the doctor. If you or your loved one have memory deficits or are elderly. There is a major savvy people working together that has a set of professional locksmith keys, and after putting security systems in my apartment and getting my phone hacked as well as the system. I am being robbed of everything you could possibly imagine that a woman would want, any personal, office, cleaning, laundry, hair, makeup, and skin care products I have a list of hundreds of things they stole. Even my Toothpaste is being squeezed out more than I use at a time. I came home one day and half the tube was gone. They get to know your routines, they know your days you go out and how long it takes you, they listen to your phone, they stole my keys to locks I have and the key to something else secure. And then they hide other things you use use to just to play psychological games with you. They did the worst thing possible and mixed my ammonia with bleach and I went to use it (because they stole All of my top of the line chemicals, after shower spray, windex, clorox bleach spray, straight bleach, they went and took 15 sheets out of all my brand new clorox wipes in every room = 3) literally stole the full bottles out of my apartment behind three locks, it was all locked up) the entire time I have been living here for years. I am just catching on to them now. They know I know and they are mad! I am writing this incase anything else happens to my apartment. These people stole an entire carrot cake that my neighbor made for me. I left my apt for an hour and the hit me. They pulled the lock off the refrigerator that is how bad they wanted in to steal food. That is their other thing FOOD. If you have. Anything that is a sugar treat it will be a little smaller than you recall, that is the first sign they are in. And you will just think nothing of it at first but after years the whole thing dissappear and you will be like me banging on the doors to get out of this horrible smelling jail where every floor smokes something or everything all at once. I am in living hell. Do not move here. P.S. Because it also is ridden with bedbugs. So since posting this they have come into my apartment and put glycolic acid in my face wash face serum, moisturizer and burnt my face with second degree burns on my face leaving me looking 10 years older from the burns. They put it in my hand wash my hand lotion my liquid foundation and I have never been so devastated in my life. They first put it in my shampoo and conditioner and made my hair break off and come out on the blond treated areas. Anyone who knew me could see it the hair is broken off an inch from my head. But since it didn’t fall out, they went for my face. I had beautiful well maintained skin and they have assaulted me by burning my face leaving all my pores to connect into lines and are shiny scars. Homeowners insurance doesn’t pay for this. So I sent back the polluted products and got new ones and I just went to put them on my face again and they have gotten here and did it again to my $300 facial system. They are trying to make my face worse! This place doesn’t do background checks so your moving in with excons and professional crooks and people who can get through and locking system. And I can’t even count the amount of drug dealers in here there are hundreds of strangers coming here daily just to get drugs and then leave. You are dealing with gangs here and their women is who are after my things to sell on the black market."

"As of August 2022, my friend was located to Cayuga Plaza due to her elderly medical condition. I assisted in her moving and setting up the apartment. During my visits, I find many elderly people enjoying their day without interference. I see a very sophisticated security system in place which everyone condones. Also, maintenance, trash removal and parking are working and up to date. Lastly, lunch is provided for any occupant, at the community room during the week. Bingo is always available during the week.....etc"

"I wanted to give a real overview of what it is like to live in Cayuga Plaza I live there for 2 years 90% of the residence are alcoholics and drug addicts and have mental disorders No good comes from low-income project housing that is in a high-rise it is the worst possible design 4 people with serious drug alcohol and mental problems There were a few decent people who lived and possibly still do live in this building but many of them are abused by the other residents and the crime rate is horrific if you have no other choice and you have to find a place to live that is subsidized which most people now cannot afford the apartments in the city which are in the 2500 to $3,000 range, so you take what you can get But if you can find a different subsidized housing place that is not a high-rise because they are all the same and all of them in the Capital District are owned by LAS who owns Cayuga when I leave there I was greeted the first week I moved in being woken up by a maintenance guy in my apartment who was not supposed to be there who they later figured out was stealing from all the residents and the only reason they fired him was because I had security cameras and had him on they l stealing from my apartment when he was not supposed to even be at work In the two years I live there I saw 12 drug overdoses where they took the people out and they were dead and I saw a fight where a felon who was extremely violent beat up the police on Christmas Day because they asked him to turn his music down Unlike the other housing in the city like McDonald Towers, Cayuga Plaza has no security and after the last death they decided giving keys to the most mentally ill people to do bed checks on all of the other residents each night was a good idea and that's when I knew I needed to get the hell out And the few decent people who were very sick and lost everything because we were physically disabled and had to take this housing because the alternative was to be on the street, when we tried to do anything in the community room even putting together puzzles which I had purchased and put out for the residence we were met with about a dozen residents who would steal pieces so that we could not complete the puzzles, just to be mean, and at the worst point just before I left out of a thousand piece puzzle we would have over 200 pieces stolen and littered around outside to pour salt into the our wounds This is the quality of people that live in this building To the people that commented that they live in this building and they gave this 5 stars Maybe things for you have been okay but I can tell you for those of us who were decent we took unbelievable abuse from drug addicts and criminals and people who were suffering severe mental illness and taking it out on the people who were decent"
