"I was treated more horribly here than I have at any other business in my LIFE! After having issues with one of my prescriptions I contacted the pharmacy and the associate who answered was very rude and blunt and said there wasn’t anything they could do so I had to call my doctor’s office. I called my doctor’s office and they couldn’t find any issue on their end initially. So I was told to call the pharmacy and have them call my doctor’s office while they double checked on their end. I call the pharmacy back, get the same associate who automatically goes back to a hostile tone. She told me that the doctor was wrong and that they couldn’t do anything. When I tried to give her the phone number to call them she said, we don’t do that. She continuously cut me off and didn’t care to listen to my concerns. I asked for the pharmacist and was immediately greeted with the same hostile attitude. She also cut me off and denied any kind of communication and proceeded to hang up on me. That same hour I switched pharmacies to CVS and couldn’t have talked to nicer people who automatically said they could call Walgreens and my doctor’s to transfer my prescriptions. I understand everywhere is understaffed but that is not an excuse for this type of behavior, especially when other pharmacies are also going through the same thing and are still incredibly polite and helpful."

"Love going to this store now, the store is always spotless, not crowded. I've never had to stand in line at this location because they're on top of everything. The best part and the reason for going here when I'd usually go somewhere else is the fact that their shelves are FULLY stocked. If you're looking for a specific OTC for anything GO HERE! unlike other stores (not mentioning names) they've removed all but a few OTC's and are pushing "Their" brand, always making me buy something I wasn't looking for. This store is so nice I had to pull the manager aside to compliment him and his store, awesome friendly staff and quiet shopping (noticed no lines in pharmacy every time I went as well."

"Told tec I did not double flu shot and no pneumonia shot .Etti took me into a room left the door open gave me a shot for the flu And then grilled me as to why I did not want the pneumonia shot. Got up proceeded to get my wife to leave and she did not stop talking about it till I turned and walked away. Can anyone say HIPAA law . I call that drug pushing NO means NO . If I wanted two shots I would take them separately in case I had a reaction. Then I could know what I got it from.I should have waited for Rosie very professional."
