"Change the ENTIRE staff at the Pharmacy. They are all rude and condescending. The phone rings and rings--no one even attempts to acknowledge or answer it. After they hang up or after turning away from waiting on a customer, staff makes faces/rude comments/shows great displeasure. It is always this way with EVERY employee. RUDE. High and mighty attitude--like they don't make mistakes. Like they always do the right thing when they actually DON'T. Snotty. Talk down to customers. Assume they are always right and customer is always wrong. Do not follow thru on placing orders or contacting doctors. Couldn't care if they screw up your order. Often screws up orders. Takes 2 days to fill ANY prescription: 2 days. Quick curt responses to polite questions. Never apologize for any situation. No one has any empathy here. No one cares if u are satisfied or leave happy. \"Just leave\" is their preferred response. Only 1 particular female pharmacist makes any attempt at being helpful. Argumentative if you question or dispute their response/ Want more???"

"train your employees to not be rude to customers. I had to go to pick up my perscription of VITAMIN D 3 days in a row! That is insane! The first time the put it back on the shelf after calling me and sayin it was ready. They said it would take a half hour. I told them that I would be back tommorow. The next day it still was not ready. AGAIN they said a half hour.....I said I would be back the next day....Guess what!!! It wasn't ready! They again said a half hour! I went into the store to find out what milligrams the dr prescribed and amount per day. They couldn't tell me because they could not pull it up because it was in the process of being filled. She said it would be only a couple minutes......One half hour later, i got my prescription...It's the very last prescripion or any other item that I will EVER purchase from a CVS...OH, and when I asked the lady at the drivethrough how it takes three days to fill a vitamin D prescription, she said, " I guess we are not any good and don't know what we are doing." I did not ever raise my voice or be rude to her. HORRIBLE customer relations!"

"I've been going to this CVS for decades, I have never been disrespected even with this covid nightmare. The staff goes over and above for there patients/customers. I've seen the pharmacy staff be treated so poorly when I was in a long line as well. Thank you Winthrop Street staff for all you do especially the long hours."
