"Needed documents printed, since my printer was down. Received a message that my documents were ready for pick up. When I showed up to pick up the my docs they told me they just “clicked it through” and they could actually print anything. If you can’t print just cancel the order."
"Strictly pertaining to pharmacy, they promise items to be ready for pickup at certain times but are never avaliable. They do not answer the phone. I've been on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions and they simply do not pick up. There is simply a culture of well get to you when we get to you. No concern over patients needs or even decent customer service. After over a decade of having dozens of prescriptions there I'm so happy there are finally other options in the area. Avoid at all costs unless you have an entire day to get a medication refill."
