CVS Pharmacy 7 Washington Street, Taunton, MA 02780

"I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint against the employees at CVS 7 Washington Street - Taunton. They are the most rude, insensitive, and disrespectful people I have ever encountered! Barbara is terrible, but Ana is the most mean and unhappy person I have ever met. She is disrespectful and downright sassy with her inappropriate comments, her eye rolling, and her slamming of items and devaluing talking to customers. I have many many more details and look forward to sharing them, but here is the takeaway - I have been unable to get an inhaler for several months now because of your staff's unwillingness to take an extra 5 minutes to help someone- I ended up at Urgent Care, was given to prescriptions and they refused again to fill the inhaler - they were still unhelpful and rude and I am still without an inhaler because of your staff. The prescriber was on the phone with me and Ana refused to talk to them - they then called the other line and she refused to answer the phone. If these two are the \"face of your store\" I will never return and look forward to talking with someone about how to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere."

"Some of the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever talked to in my life and I work in medical. Cuts you off before you're done trying to politely state why you're calling, talks down to you. I am absolutely disgusted . You chose ur line of work and everyone is stressed out you should not be talking down to anyone."

"And will be calling you tomorrow to make you my new pharmacy both Walgreens I've dealt with one on Tremont and one on Broadway play to many games with my meds. I only had them cause when I moved here 10 yrs ago they were not Walgreens they were a great old pharmacy Rite-Aid (and a nice man did deliveries at time and he did it knowing most didn't drive where I live so he was happy to do it weather u tipped him or not,,he did it out of caring.) U didn't deliver at the time and I'm in a wheelchair. And did it to help now this Walgreens has a set price now for delivery). I'm tired of playing with them. You have much more to choose from."

"I would not suggest you even pull into the parking lot here unless you want you car to be surrounded by drug addicts trying to either beg for money, or get you to return stolen products to the store for them . It’s such a scary situation and it goes on all day and night . Even if you say no they keep pestering you all the way to the door. I will not go back to that store again when I spoke to the manager inside they brushed it off as if they could care less."
